Cyberbullying is often defined as an aggressive, intentional act or behaviour that is carried out by a group or an individual, using electronic forms of contact, repeatedly and over time against a victim who cannot easily defend him or herself. As the prevalence of virtual classrooms increases, and kids spend more time on social media, various threats such as doxxing and blackmailing are becoming more widespread. As a result, it is becoming increasingly important to be aware of what cyberbullying is and what forms it can take so we are better prepared to recognise it and nip it in the bud.
