3. Salary: Professor 14-A (₹168900– 220400)

A. Essential Qualification & Experience: 

4. Professor of Anatomy: 
a. Medical, A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in Anatomy or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject;
b. Non-Medical: Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master’s Degree in the discipline/allied subjects from a recognized University/Institutions. ii. Ph.D. degree of a recognized University/Institutions.
c. Medical Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Anatomy after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in Anatomy or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Non-Medical Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject in a recognized institution/universities after obtaining the Ph.D. degree

Professor of Anaesthesiology: A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD in Anaesthesiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject;

6. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Anaesthesiology after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Anaesthesiology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

7. Position: Professor of EMSD

8. Essential Qualification:  A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.)  A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD in Emergency Medicine or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject;

9. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Emergency Medicine after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Emergency Medicine or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

10. Position: Professor of Medical Education & Telemedicine

11. Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Qualifications, i.e. Master’s Degree in Medical Education & Telemedicine or allied subjects.  A Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) from a recognized University/institute.

12. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject in a recognized institution/universities after obtaining the Ph.D. degree

13. Position: Professor of Medicine

14. Essential Qualification:  A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD in Medicine or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject;

15. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Medicine after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Medicine or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

16. Position: Professor of Medical Gastroenterology

17. Essential Qualification: A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. DM in Medical Gastroenterology (two years or three years or five years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto;

18. Experience: Twelve years teaching and, or research experience in a recognized institution in Medical Gastroenterology after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM in Medical Gastroenterology (two years or five years course recognized after MBBS) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. (or) Eleven years teaching and, or research experience in a recognized institution in Medical Gastroenterology for the candidates possessing three years recognized degree of DM in Medical Gastroenterology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto

19. Position: Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology

20. Essential Qualification: A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject;

21. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Obstetrics & Gynaecology after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
