Hiring/Engagement of 21 (twenty-one) District level Financial Management Specialist under the Mission Directorate, Swachha Bharat MissionGramin, Assam. The Mission Directorate, SBM-G, Assam intends to engage District level Financial Management Specialist in Baksa, Barpeta, Biswanath, Bongaigaon, Charaideo, Chirang, Darrang, Dhemaji, DhUbri, DibrUgarh, MajUli, TinsUkia, Goalpara, Morigaon, Hojai, Kokrajhar, Nalbari, Sivsagar, SonitpUr, SoUth Salmara and UdalgUri districts to support the mission in managing the accounts related matter(s) at District Water and Sanitation Committee (DWSC) level. The selection of candidates will be through partnership with Tezpur University as per the provisions of the Mission Directorate, SBM (G), Assam. However, Tezpur University has no role in the appointment and other employment related matters, except partnering with Mission Directorate for preparation of a Merit list.

3. ligibility Criteria::

(i) The applicant must be below 33 years of age as on 01.01.2020
(ii) Full time regular M.Com. (Finance/Accounting) from recognized University/Institute with more than 50% of marks or equivalent grade. Other specializations need not apply.
(iii) Computer knowledge in MS-Office and Tally ERP- 9.0 is a must.
(iv) Post qualification experience in financial management functions will be given preference.

4. Duration of assignment:
The candidates selected for the assignment is expected to commence work within fifteen days after the announcement of result. The staff for this assignment will be selected based on contract / co-terminus with the support of Govt of Assam/Govt. of India. However, the continuation will be subject to review. The assignment will be initially for a period of 11 months from the date of joining and will be renewed based on performance and availability of fund.

5. Remuneration:
The Mission Directorate, SBM-G, Assam will pay a consolidated monthly remuneration Rs. 25,000/- and communication charge Rs.1000/-. In addition, Per-diem and TA for overnight halt while out of station on the official work will be eligible as per approved norms of the Mission. TA, as per the rule of the Mission, will be paid as and when an employee is on tour. No other perks and allowances admissible like Gratuity, LTC and Leave encashment, etc. The employee shall be responsible for arranging his/her own residential accommodation, medical expenses and insurance. The employee shall not have any claim absorption in any Government Establishment/ Tezpur University
