iii. Duration: 1 years
iv. Qualification: EQ: M.Sc. Degree in Botany/Forestry/Wildlife Science/ Environmental Science/Environmental Management/ GeoInformatics (Forest Mapping) with minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University DQ: 1. Research experience on Floristics/Ecological surveys/RS & GIS/Vegetation Mapping and modelling related studies in western Himalaya, database management and basic statistical analysis. 2. Only candidates with strong physical and mental abilities and a keen desire to carryout arduous field work from foot hills to the remote and rugged high altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh under extreme cold or rainy conditions with minimal logistic/connectivity support.

iv. Qualification: EQ: M.Sc in Life Sciences/ Wildlife Sciences/ Forestry/ Remote Sensing from a recognized university. v. Description of work: The proposed project aims to study the movement ecology of selected mammal species with different ecological adaptations across the IHR. The work involves capture and tagging of target species and intensive monitoring in tough and rugged terrain of Ladakh India.
